Two Aprons

Here are two little farm aprons, as handy as can be.
How would you choose to use them?  I'll just wait and see.

Have a good day!

    1. Yes, one more!! One of these was made before surgery and the other finished afterward. Actually I've been able to use the sewing machine without too much trouble, but I can definitely see distances better now out of my left eye.

  2. These are adorable!! I would wear them for looks, being careful not to get them messed up, or hang them somewhere in the kitchen for folks to see. Gosh, you make me want put my aprons away and make different ones. These are so cute!

    1. I know you use Simplicity patterns, so you might be able to find this one: E2079 The front panel was made using a fat quarter and the back panel only took 1/2 yard (I had to piece the waist ties).

  3. Charlotte, these are both so cute! I love them. I'd almost hate to wear them because I wouldn't want to get anything spilled on them! :) Hope you are having a great day.

  4. Love your two aprons. The chicken and or roosters may be my favorite. I could see these being very handy. I like the clothes pin idea and also a way to collect fresh eggs. Beautiful sewing! Hope your eye is feeling much improved.

  8. Your aprons are so charming. You have a wonderful gift for picking the perfect prints to go together.
They'd be fun to wear to bake cakes and pies and cookies.

  9. These are cute! I would wear one when I hang up laundry on the lines as I'd have the pockets filled with clothespins. :-) Right now pins are in a basket that I have to bend over to pick pins out of.

I was just reading the comments and see that Judy mentioned clothespins also.

    Glad you are seeing better.
