Several years ago I started a collection of Frank & Ernest cartoons from the Sunday paper. There are 127 of these in a three ring binder. I arranged them in order according to the different subject matters. Seeing as how we as a country are having such economic hardships now, I thought I'd share some of the cartoons dealing with money matters. It would seem that "what ever goes around, comes around." Dianna, I got out the magnifying glass; most were from 1982-83.
